Given Castle Hill’s connectivity and Metro access, the site may warrant uplift through Clause 4.6 variations or a planning proposal. This pathway enables increased yield and development potential, provided proposals demonstrate design quality, infrastructure capacity, and consistency with local character and broader state planning objectives.
